STEPS TO ACCOMPLISH BY THE APPLICANT:

1st Step: Sending of E-Signed Copies

  • When the applicant receives an email from RecruitGo HR Generalist, kindly secure and sign on every page of the contract and offer letter electronically (e-signature)

  • Once signed, kindly send the scanned copies in the same email thread, together with the required documents


2nd Step: Sending of Original with Wet Signed Copies

  • Original copy of the contract and offer letter are required to be submitted to RecruitGo’s office

  • Please make sure the employment contract and offer letter have your wet signature on every page

  • To be sure, you can send the soft copies to our HR generalist so he/she can check the documents before sending the hard copies to RecruitGo.

  • You can also coordinate with our HR generalist for any questions or clarifications

  • Once approved, you can proceed with sending of documents and inform us once done

  1. Q: When should I send the original and wet signatured copies?

A: Please send it to RecruitGo within 2-3 days after receiving the offer letter and employment contract.

  1. Q: What courier can I use?

A: LBC only

  1. Q: What address will I send the documents?

A: Transmittal address information will be sent by the HR Generalist, together with the employment contract and offer letter.
