What steps are involved in the recruitment process at RecruitGo?

Last Update 2 years ago

1. Client Request

The process begins with the client or sales/client success team sending a hiring request along with a duly filled Recruitment Information Sheet (RIS) to [email protected]. The RIS forms are tailored to specific regions:

2. Acknowledgment and Assignment

Once the request is received, RecruitGo’s Global Head of Recruitment or Recruitment Supervisor reviews it and assigns a Recruitment Point of Contact (POC) and/or Recruiter to handle the requirement. An acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the client.

3. Job Analysis

The assigned Recruiter or POC reviews the RIS to understand the job specifications and coordinates with the client for any clarifications, ensuring alignment on job expectations and requirements.

4. Sourcing

The Talent Attraction team initiates sourcing by:

  • Reviewing the current pool of candidates and initial endorsements.

  • Utilizing various sourcing platforms to attract suitable applicants aligned with the client’s needs.

5. Screening

Talent Attraction screens resumes and applications, performing initial interviews as necessary to ensure candidates meet the qualifications specified in the RIS.

6. RecruitGo Interview

The assigned Recruitment Specialist conducts a recorded virtual interview with shortlisted candidates. This interview confirms the candidate’s preferences, qualifications, and overall suitability.

7. Candidate Endorsement

The Recruitment Specialist prepares an endorsement email to the client, which includes:

  • The candidate’s resume

  • Interview notes

  • Recommendations based on the candidate’s fit with the role.

8. Client Interview

The client identifies which candidates they wish to interview and shares their availability. RecruitGo coordinates the interview schedule between the client and selected candidates

9. Client Feedback

The client provides detailed feedback after each interview, regardless of the outcome, to guide the next steps in the recruitment process

10. Selection

The client notifies the Recruitment POC or assigned Recruiter of the final candidate selection. This step also involves the completion of a Contract Drafting Form (CDF):

11. Offer Management

The assigned recruiter:

  • Extends a verbal offer to the selected candidate.

  • Coordinates with Local HR to draft the offer letter and employment contract, ensuring all terms meet client expectations.

12. Contract Approval

Local HR coordinates with the client to approve the contract details before serving the offer to the candidate. Once approved, Local HR presents the official offer letter to the candidate for acceptance and signature.

13. Onboarding

Local HR coordinates the onboarding process, which includes:

  • Assisting the candidate with pre-employment requirements.

  • Scheduling a meeting between the new employee and the client on Day 1 to facilitate a smooth transition and orientation.
