1. When will be the equipment received by the employee?
2. What is the list of the equipment that will be issued to the employee?
The employee will receive the equipment depending on their location.
For Metro Manila: 1-2 working days
For Luzon (Outside Metro Manila): 3-5 working days
For Visayas and Mindanao: 7-12 working days
2. What is the list of the equipment that will be issued to the employee?
Equipment issued to the employee depends on the client's request.
If there’s no instruction from the client that they will shoulder the shipping cost, the employee will shoulder it.
If employees refuse to shoulder the shipping cost, we’ll reach out to the client and ask their approval for the retrieval cost.
