1. What is the usual processing time for HMO enrollment?

The enrollment typically takes 5–7 business days to process. Once enrolled, employees will be provided with their HMO ID numbers, which can be used to register in the app and generate a digital ID.

2. Is HMO coverage effective upon hiring?

Coverage start dates depend on the company's policy. Some employers offer HMO coverage starting on the hire date, while others begin coverage after 3 months or upon completion of a 6-month probationary/observation period.

3. When are HMO cards typically released to employees?

Physical HMO cards are usually delivered within 45 business days. While waiting for the physical card, employees may use their digital ID to avail themselves of medical services and benefits.

4. Are dependents eligible for enrollment? If so, could you share the cost and the maximum benefit limit?

Yes, dependents are eligible for enrollment, up to 70 years old. The maximum benefit limit (MBL) for our Corporate Plan is Php 200,00.00 per member per year. For your reference, please see the pricing details below.

5. Is there an additional charge for the HMO enrollment?

RecruitGo has a fixed rate of 100 USD per employee to help facilitate the registration process. This is an annual charge.

6. What is the payment option for the HMO?

Our Corporate Plan quarterly payment basis, our corporate plan follows fixed coverage periods per quarter.

7. What are the coverage periods per quarter?
  • First Quarter (August 19, 2025 - November 18, 2025)

  • Second Quarter (November 19, 2025 - February 18, 2026)

  • Third Quarter (February 19, 2026 - May 18, 2026)

  • Fourth Quarter (May 19, 2026 - August 18, 2026)

8. How is the cost for new/additional members computed?

If a member is enrolled at the beginning of the quarter, they will be charged for three months of coverage. If the enrollment occurs in the second month of the quarter, the charge will be for two months of coverage, and so on.

9. What will happen if the employee resigns in the middle of the coverage? Is there a refund for the premium?

Since the payment is made on a quarterly basis, premiums are non-refundable. Therefore, the quarterly payment must be settled. Kindly refer to Maxicare’s cancellation policy below for further details.

10. When will I receive the HMO billing?

The HMO billing will be sent for the client's approval once we receive it from the provider.
