GOVERNMENT CONTRIBUTIONS
JP
Last Update 6 months ago
Government contributions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth are remitted to the respective agencies within the month following the applicable contribution period. For example, contributions for October are remitted in November.
2. Why don’t my recent contributions appear in my account yet?
The posting and reflection of these contributions in an employee’s record depend on the processing timelines and system updates of the respective government agencies.
3. How can employees verify their contributions?
You can check your contribution records through each agency’s online portal or mobile app:
SSS: Log in to your My.SSS account and go to the Inquiry section to view your posted contributions.
Pag-IBIG: Access your contributions through the Virtual Pag-IBIG portal.
PhilHealth: Visit the PhilHealth Member Portal to check your posted contributions.
4. What should I do if I see missing or unposted contributions?
If some months are missing, contact HR to verify payment records. HR can coordinate with the respective agency to update or reconcile your account if contributions have already been paid.
